Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Trucking The Seven Seas Media LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with truckingthesevenseas.com (the “Site”), consultations, videos, calculators, and related services. It does not govern third-party sites or services that have their own privacy policies.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide: your name, email address, Buy Me a Coffee account or transaction details made available to us, consultation questions, trucking or business circumstances you choose to describe, communications, cancellation or refund requests, and other content you send us.
Transaction information: purchase amount, date, status, and related records needed to deliver the service, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and address disputes. Buy Me a Coffee and its payment providers process payment-card information; we do not directly receive or store full card numbers.
Technical and usage information: hosting and security providers may automatically receive IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, requested pages, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs.
Browser-local calculator data: figures entered in the Owner Operator Calculator are saved in your browser’s local storage. The Site does not intentionally transmit those calculator entries to the Company. Clearing browser storage removes them from that browser.
2. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, automatically through Site infrastructure, and from service providers when needed to complete a transaction or provide support. These providers may include Buy Me a Coffee, payment processors, website hosting and security providers, email providers, and YouTube/Google.
3. How we use information
- Provide, prepare, schedule, and document consultations;
- Communicate about questions, livestreams, cancellations, refunds, and support;
- Process and reconcile transactions and maintain tax, accounting, and legal records;
- Quote or paraphrase consultation questions publicly after removing identifying details;
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and Services;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights and safety.
4. Public use of consultation questions
Consultation answers are generally delivered during a public YouTube livestream. We use reasonable efforts to remove your name, contact information, and direct identifiers before quoting or paraphrasing your questions. Do not include sensitive personal information or details that could identify you indirectly. Livestreams, recordings, clips, transcripts, live chat, and comments may remain publicly available and may be copied or discussed by viewers outside our control.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose relevant information to vendors that support payments, hosting, security, email, recordkeeping, and content delivery; to YouTube/Google when you view embedded videos or interact with YouTube; to professional advisers; to authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of business assets.
We do not sell covered personal information for monetary consideration. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices before the new practice applies.
6. Cookies, embedded content, and tracking
The Company does not currently operate its own advertising network or intentionally use Site data for targeted advertising. The Site uses browser local storage for calculator settings. Embedded YouTube players and external services may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, or similar technologies and may collect information about your activity over time and across services under their own policies. You can manage cookies through your browser and use YouTube’s privacy controls.
Because there is not a universally accepted technical standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We will honor legally required browser-based opt-out signals if and when they apply to our processing.
7. External links and services
The Site links to Buy Me a Coffee, YouTube, Google Sheets and Docs, and other third parties. When you follow a link or use embedded content, that third party may collect information directly from you. Review its terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices.
8. Retention
We retain consultation communications, transaction records, and related business records only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, maintain accounting and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Public livestream recordings and anonymized content may be retained indefinitely as part of the channel archive. We may retain information longer when required by law, subject to a legal hold, or needed for fraud or security purposes.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature and size of the business and rely on established providers for payment processing and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information.
10. Your choices and requests
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. You may also request cancellation as described in the Terms. Use the and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may retain transaction or legal records where required or permitted.
Nevada residents: this email address is our designated request address. You may submit a verified request directing us not to make a covered “sale” of covered information under Nevada law. We do not currently engage in such sales. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Residents of other jurisdictions: depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to the Company, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right.
11. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Consultation purchases are limited to persons at least 18 years old. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
12. United States operation
The Company is based in Nevada, United States, and information is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, practices, providers, or law. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and, when required, provide additional notice. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
